COLLINS, J. E. - J. E.
Collins, better known as "Tom" Collins, the most popular hotel man who
ever conducted a hostelry in Troy, died at his home in Xenia last Friday night
of cancer of the liver. He was about 73 years of age. The funeral
was held Sunday afternoon and the body taken to Hartwell, Ind., where interment
was made Sunday evening. An unusually large circle of friends will regret
to hear of this death.
